How much does a license cost?

The cost for a 5-year license is $4997. That's less than $1,000 a year to own your own turnkey business! At the end of 5 years, if we both decide to extend our business relationship, you may extend the agreement at the prevailing cost, for the prevailing duration, minus 20%.

Do I have to pay for the license all at once up front?

No. We have extended investment plans available. You can put as little as $l,000 down and pay $500 a month for 9 months. You invest a little more this way but ideally, your business will pay for itself!

What kind of support do you offer a first-time business owner?

I offer unlimited consultations. All you need to do is email me with 3 days and times that you are available, I will pick one and we will schedule our consultation. These are unlimited and included in your licensing fee.

Can I use my Living Lite licensing agreement to support other businesses I run? (i.e. supplements and or personal training?)

The Living Lite Licensing Program teaches you how to market and teach a weight loss business and to run a business office. You may choose to create your own products, keeping in mind that all Living Lite scripts, documents, CDs, DVDs and all other materials are copyrighted. You may choose to sell any other products you think may help your clients lose weight.

Do I need to become a hypnotherapist?

It depends on which state you live in. Check licensing/registration requirements for practicing hypnosis. All the Living Lite hypnosis will be done via scripts, DVDs, CDs or teleconferencing. You don't need business experience, nutrition education, fitness, coaching or counseling experience.

You need only the desire to learn and to succeed.

Can I own a license if I am overweight?

I was nearly 50 pounds overweight when I held my first Living Lite class. There were 13 women in the first class I taught. I told my students / friends / clients in the class that we were all going to lose weight together. And we did!

You must be in integrity to own / teach Living Lite - that is, you must be working the program to lose your weight.

How much risk is there in this business personally?

If you mean financial risk, you risk only the capital you invest - and we make it very easy for you to succeed. If you mean personal risk, I think it is much riskier to have a job where someone else can fire you or lay you off.

Are there hidden fees?

No. There is no monthly franchising fee or national advertising budget. You will need to invest in advertising in your area to get business for yourself. You will be asked to purchase student kits (CDs, notebook and textbook) to give to each student you enroll for yourself. That�s it.

What's the catch - why are you selling licensing agreements at such a discounted rate?

Several reasons: I love the Living Lite Weight Loss Program and have seen it help so many people that I want it available to many more people who need it as soon as possible. I've had hundreds of requests over the years to expand and now is the time.

Another reason is that I don't need to make millions and millions of dollars. Money is not my motivating factor. I would rather we all make money helping as many people as we can reach.

Do you offer help in picking sites, locations and vendors?

Yes. I�ve been doing this for over 22 years and I can be a tremendous resource for you. I also offer unlimited consultations.
